| 2ND MVF AIRSOFT CUPGUIDELINES & ANNOUNCEMENTSAge: All ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parental consent/waiver form signed by his/her parents or guardian.This year’s competition is limited to only 30 competing slots. Each team should and must only have 16 participating players.Delegates from within the province of Ilocos Norte have to abide with the first come first serve basis for the slots. Deadline of confirmation will be on January 28, 2008.Delegates from outside the Province of Ilocos Norte will be given consideration for the extra effort hence giving them the priority slots if and only if the team has confirmed until February 8, 2008Each team is required to bring its own banners carrying the teams ID for the hoisting of banners in the opening program.All participating teams are enjoined to attend the Motorcade on February 21, 2008. Assembly area will be in front of the Centennial Arena at 3:00 P.M.Deadline of payments for all the competing delegates will be on February 10, 2008.No foods or drinks will be permitted outside of staging area. All tobacco products will be allowed in designated areas only. All garbage must be put in designated areas, anyone caught littering will be asked to leave immediately.
Everyone will be expected to assist with cleanup at the end of each day. Cost will be 350.00 per HEAD if you register. This will include three packed luncheons.No alcohol or drugs will be permitted.
