This event is being sponsored by the Tuguegarao Airsoft Group. The rules will not be different than what all of you are already used to. However, we decided to post the additional rules for the successful and orderly conduct of our sponsored event in order for the players to know what rules and regulations to follow.
Safety Rules:
1) Face and Eye protection must be worn at all times during a game.
2) Do not enter areas that have been marked with COLORED CAUTION TAPES, they are off limits for your safety.
3) You will not be allowed to use any type of smoke gadgets (e.g. grenades, smoke blasts). Radio and other communication gadgets will not be allowed during the game.
4) We will designate a “test area” for you to shoot into, since we have this, there will be no shooting your weapon in the staging area, if caught doing so, then you will be reprimanded or asked to leave.
5) We expect all players to properly take care of any and all properties used in the event. Any player caught intentionally damaging the building, any property or game paraphernalia you will be expected to pay for it.
6) In Close Quarter Battle scenario it is expected that close or short range shots will happen, we are appealing to all of you to use your best judgment and try not to shoot anyone that is closer than 10feet way.
Weapons Rules and Ammo Limitations:
1) All airsoft weapons will be allowed, AEG's, LMG's, SMG's, and whatever other airsoft weapon you may have. They must be battery powered. CO2 weapons are not allowed.
2) Chronographed weapons having 450 fps with .20g bb's will be used. You will be expected to bring your weapon and all your magazines to the test area; we will use our own .20g bb’s for the testing. A security marker will be placed in your weapons for identification and to prove that such weapon is within the 450 fps limit.
3) Boxed magazines will be allowed. You can carry with you as many magazines you can handle.
4) We will be strict in the implementation of the 450fps at .20g limit. Any player caught using his weapon which exceeds the set limit will be disqualified along with his team. TAG reserves the right to randomly check the airsoft weapons of players even during the game.
Game Play Rules:
1. Airsoft is a game of honor, therefore we expect each and every player to call themselves “HIT” when shot.
2. All direct shots to any part of the body will be considered as hits; hence, you must regard yourself as OUT. When you are hit you must leave the game area immediately and proceed to your teams designated area. REMEMBER DEAD MEN TELL NO TALE…
3. Ricochet hits do not count. Blind firing will not be allowed.
4. Teams will not be allowed to change players in mid-game.
5. It may happen that shots cannot be felt by a player, if you witness or perceive that a player is cheating, please contact and report it to a Marshal so that the issue will be addressed and settled immediately.
6. A Sound clip will be played to mark the beginning and end of every mission.
7. If you are injured during game-play please contact a medic in order to promptly receive medical treatment and to insure that any serious injuries are immediately addressed.
8. Arm Bands will be used to designate teams and players.
9. We will adopt a POINT SYSTEM game to determine a win. Each win will be considered to determine a team standing in the event.
10. “HIT” players may leave their weapons and magazines for other team players to use.
11. Marshals’ decision is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.
